Nova Scotia is a beautiful place to live with all types of terrain that allows for bountiful harvests. And at Rebecca’s we want to showcase that with every dish we create! When Rebecca first started to plan the opening of this restaurant she wanted to create cuisine that was focused on farm to table. The restaurant has since utilized Nova Scotia’s vast selection of seasonal ingredients to inspire the ever-changing menu all the while satisfying the palates of their beloved sea and land lovers, with much attention paid toward both vegetarian and vegan cuisine.
